Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their design requirements. They must also provide all necessary materials and assets to complete the project. If the client fails to provide the necessary information or materials, we reserve the right to extend the deadline and/or adjust the price accordingly.

Payment and Refunds

Our payment terms are outlined in our project proposal, which the client must agree to before we start work. We require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payment is not received on time. Refunds are subject to our discretion and are only available in certain circumstances.

Confidentiality

We respect our clients’ privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose any confidential information about our clients, their businesses, or their projects to any third parties without their prior written consent.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the success of any project or design. We will make every effort to ensure that our work meets the client’s requirements and expectations, but we cannot guarantee that it will achieve the desired results.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to the client is limited to the amount paid for the project. We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damages to reputation.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rapid Creative Limited is located.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and asked to agree to the updated terms before continuing to use our services.
